Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. However, there may be delays during extra busy periods.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your item has been ordered, you will receive an order confirmation, after which you will receive an email within 1-2 working days when your order has been processed and sent.

Customs, duties and taxes

If you buy from a country other than Denmark and are subject to import VAT, customs duties or similar fees, it is not covered by CollectorsCage.

Injuries

If you receive a bag that is damaged during shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours. Please save all packaging material as well as the damaged item. Here we will in some cases forward you to the shipping company if it is their fault.
