If, contrary to expectations, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refund and return policy.

The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

You mean the person who trades on our website.
Your right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for it.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or where a third party you have designated and who is not the carrier takes over the delivered product.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us about your decision by:

We will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. We use the same means of payment that you used for the order.

If the bag is received back in the same condition as for sale, no fee will be charged for return. If CollectorsCage assesses that the bag is in a deteriorating condition or has been used (if the roof has been removed), a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Terms of return

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, you must ensure that:

the goods were purchased within the last 14 days
the goods have still been tagged on.
the following items cannot be returned:

delivery of items made to your specifications or clearly customized.
Delivery of goods which, after delivery according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods. For example, a bag with a purse included, it will not be accepted as a return if the purse is missing. Here, the lack of a dustbag, box or anything else that came with the bag will be treated in the same way.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse the return of items that do not meet the above return conditions.

We can not be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost by return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable freight company. We are not able to issue a refund without actually receiving the goods or proof of returned delivery received.
